I've been thinking on this system which I'd like to call Evaluation.

Its a form of "trial" that might add ourselves a legitimate and interesting way to remove or keep members after investigation on their mischiefs was done, where who ever is about to be kicked would be given a defendant and would sound their case towards two officers that would bring proof towards said member's mischiveous behaviour and impartially stand against said member's membership in the guild.

In a form of 2 versus 2 + 1 overseer ("judge"). It is a fair way to relieve someone from guild membership (or save it) without having risk of having member kicked solely on someone's personal dislike.

Ill draw a simple example:

1. Member "Y" have been accused of consecutively braking guild conduct rules by medium or low violations. While member "Y" is being given penalties, short inside investigation takes place.
2. As the ammount of violations draws to maximum, member "Y" is being told to find an independent defender and proceed to the Evaluation group on a certain agreed day. (if no defender was found it would be given)
3. Member "Y" stands before 2 impartial officers and 1 overseer who proceed to evaluate member "Y"'s conduct and make a fair final descision.

Needless to say this system will be utilized in rare cases and will not be required for obvious cases of severe violations threating guild's integrity where member's removal will be done on the spot. And will be instigated on a few uncertain and conplicated cases.
It will not be provided for childish and unreasonable members, while giving innocent members way to defend themselves.

Note: Overseer makes final descision with consulting, and at best should be one of the guild leaders who's function to supervise guild's integrity.

Since I have always and till now recieved claims from kicked members that their degree of guilt was unfairly overestimated, I am looking forward for this interesting and most importantly Fair way of solving guild conduct violations.
I would like to hear what you think about it and if it does deserves to live?

I Think its nice that someone (Preferably Social Officer) should act as a "Judge" with his or her impartial views of the problem at hand.

However who would fairly be allowed such a position, like an "overseer" or "judge"?
As mentioned, possible the Social Officer, considering he or she have earned the trust of people in order to maintain such a rank.

I agree, We've already have had several incidents.
So it seems like a logical step to ensure the guilds continued stabilty.
