Item Name: Sacrificial Dagger.

Rarity: Very Rare.

Tier: 1+

Item Type: Weapon.

Description:
These artifacts have been used through several Centuries, as they use capable of improving the output of spell for a "minor" price, it even would allow you to cast some of the world darkest magics, as they prove far superior yet risky.

Effect: allows you to trade 5hp for: 5 max damage on any instant damage spell, or 1 extra full damage on any DoT.

Additional note: this item allows the user to cast any spells which ain't listed on their char sheet, yet spell book or scroll is needed to uptain such magic.
